- Custom software and app development
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Digital product or accessory purchases (if applicable)
- Finance Locker and subscription-based mobile applications
2. Cancellation Policy
- Development Services: Project cancellations must be requested in writing. If cancellation occurs before the development phase begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.
- Product Orders: Orders for physical or digital accessories cannot be canceled once shipped or downloaded, unless otherwise specified.
3. Refund Policy
- Non-refundable Services: All consultation, strategy, and completed development services are non-refundable.
- Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- Development has not started or is in early stages (proof required)
- A subscription service experiences significant technical failure not resolved within 7 days
- An accidental duplicate payment is made
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. In some cases, bank processing times may vary.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds are issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to service defects or delays.
- No refunds are granted for violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- Custom-built solutions delivered as per contract are final and non-refundable.
